2013 Annual Boardroom Summit
On October 3 and 4, 2013, all members of GEO’s Nominating and Governance Committee attended the 2013 Annual Boardroom Summit sponsored by Corporate Board Member Magazine and the New York Stock Exchange in New York City.
Implementation of Anti-Bribery Training
During the fourth quarter 2013, The GEO Group implemented Anti-Bribery Training which includes on-line instruction on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the U.K. Anti-Bribery Act for all GEO Board Members, Senior Management, and certain other management members who may have contact with GEO’s international operations.
