With decades of combined business and leadership experience, GEO’s Board of Directors guides and supports the vision of The GEO Group with integrity and accountability. GEO’s Board of Directors is currently comprised of nine members. Under our corporate governance guidelines, the Board of Directors has established eight standing committees. The members of the Board of Directors serve on the Audit and Finance, Compensation, Corporate Planning, Criminal Justice Rehabilitation and Human Rights, Cyber Security and Environmental Oversight, Executive, Nominating and Corporate Governance, Operations and Oversight, Legal Steering and Independent Committees.
